After accidentally making a order at the wrong location, we arrived at this location expecting our order to be ready (this part... is our fault) we were met with confusion and staff who made no effort to be helpful. They refused to help with figuring out howto get refunded from the other location and getting our order fulfilled at this location. They made it seem as they would helpand remake our order at this location, but then after making the order they asked for a payment, resulting in us spending $180in total between the two locations with no refund from the first. In addition we called the other location in attempt to get therefund and they were also unhelpful and said they ?would call company? then hung up. To add to it, once finally eating the foodwe found a black hair in one of ours burritos (all of us are blonde). The one sushi ordered was smashed together and didn?teven look like sushi. Read more
I recommend visiting the Tropea Way location instead. The staff at this location isn?t as friendly. Can?t hear them, the staff... mumbles. They don?t ask if it?s Take-Out or Dine-in. You automatically get the plastic bowl. This is unlike the other location.I did plan on dining in. I ended up leaving the location after receiving the plastic bowl and ate at the beach. First, I askedfor lettuce. She already filled the bowl with rice before I asked for anything, and took a huge sigh before dumping it backin. When I asked for salmon, I was confused why there was a half spoonful total of meat. It looked like way less than what isusual. Then I figured out she wasn?t going to tell me I needed to clarify BOTH are salmon. I paid, tipped, and left. And thebowl was the least impressive of the dozens of Kazu Sushi bowls I?ve had. What a find. The sushi was fresh. The rice was properly prepared and the add-ins were out of this world. I got the tuna sushi... burrito. Two kinds of tuna, lots of avocado, and more. Will be back. Read more
Terrific! Amazing selection of burrito options. We turned ours into bowls and I've never seen a poke bowl made so quickly. They... know what they're doing! Really enjoyed my bowl, super tasty. Clean, fast and fresh. Ordered 2 sushi burritos and hibachi. We were in and out in about 10 min, just enough time to grab a few... of their self service sauces. The selection is fantastic and the seating area was Huge and clean. Read more
I was recommended by my friend to try this sushi store. I was impressed by how clean, neat and organized it was when I first... walked inside. The 1-2-3 step menus (such a good and neat handwriting!!!) give clear instruction as how to order the foods andmake the ordering process much easier and make the customized foods more unique to satisfy your cravings!!! What impresses memore is the food itself. I ordered a bowl of Hawaiian classic and a fried oysters, can?t believe how yummy they are!! Salmon andtuna are very fresh, and so as all the other ingredients come with them to make it an perfect combination for my lunch!! Theprices are very reasonable with the portion and variety of ingredients they serve. You can always customize it to meet ur dietneeds. The lady taking the order and serving the foods is very friendly and attentive to your request with big smiles.
