I enjoy Panera Bread so much and have for many, many years! This location is quite desirable due to its proximity to my job as... well as the apartment I lived in while at the beaches for 4 years. I recently placed an order for delivery on 10/21/22 and whilethe order was fast and mostly correct, it was missing a key ingredient to make it perfection.. extra salsa verde. My order was99.9% right and would have still been quite tasty, however, upon calling the restaurant to speak with Allison, she offered tomake it right. In my opinion, she went above and beyond my expectation for making it right and I truly appreciate the specialtouch she gave by hand delivering the salsa verde I had requested for my warm bowl. YUMMMMM is the best adjective I can use todescribe the joy I took in eating this regular favorite I have now selected at Panera Bread. Thank you Allison! Life isn'tperfect and mistakes happen, this we know and need to to adjust to. However, it is people that care enough to acknowledge andturn the frowns upside down that make a temporary negative setback an unforgettable positive! Read more
Chicken sandwich had microscopic amount of chicken on it. Hardly worth the money. They have a very nice staff at this Panera, ... but a couple of times I?ve left there feeling that I really didn?t get my moneys worth for what is generally overpriced food. Read more
I am a regular at this establishment. This is the cleanest Panera I?ve ever been to! The employees are friendly and always go... out of their way to say hello to me. The Manager, Michael, takes a lot of pride in the store and it shows!! They make the BESTgrilled cheese sandwiches!! I especially love the young man named Anthony, that usually takes my order. They always do me so dirty at this panera. Half full entrees, soup is hardly ever warm.
Small and cozy place. Very kind people who attend there for today. The taste is very good. The sandwiches are very good... although my favorite dish of this place is the Onion Soup. I recommend it. Easy access to get to the place and has an outsidearea to chat. Read more
The Jacksonville Beach Panera is one of the most comfortable well organized and best tasting Panera sandwich shops in America.... as a level 7 reviewer with Google I travel all throughout the United States and this is probably the best Panera. it's justbeen redesigned and looks beautiful. Of all the Panera locations, this one is my very favorite. The employees are the friendliest, the store is the cleanest, they... are never out of coffee/cream/sugar, etc. & I can always get in and out quickly. As a member of the Sip Club, all these thingsare important b/c I go frequently for my coffee & green tea. Highly recommend be a patron at this location. Read more
