My family and I love this place. The food is so good, the service is friendly and accommodating, and they are very knowledgeable... about food allergies. I can?t have gluten or dairy and they are great at helping me choose my food. They are super easy to getto and it just smells so good as soon as you get to the parking lot! Also they are clean! What a delight! First of all I'm in love with the beans. Those are the best beans I've ever eaten and I eat beans most days. The... pork ribs were such a treat, I not only ate my food, I brought some home. The ribs were tender,slightly spicy, slightly sweet,very lean and tender. My bones were literally clean when I left. I was extremely happy not to have a massive crowd, or hellishwait for my food like the place we started to go. No wait and it rivals our families favorite BBQ place plus it won't break youto go with the whole family. Jay's is a must try. Read more
So my wife and I stopped here after seeing the owners on KUSI. We are very satisfied with the food and the friendly service. ... The brisket sandwich and potato salad I had was great. I even shared some of my wife's pulled pork fries which she loved andwell as I did. We will definitely be returning. You can not go wrong by taking a nice drive to Alpine and enjoying some greatBBQ. Brisket literally falls apart when you put a fork in it... it's very tender and the smoked flavor is to die for. My son loves... the chicken bites.. which are real chunks of chicken and not processed meat. Another of my favorites is the pulled pork fries..definitely with the coleslaw on top! Service is top notch as well.. Oh, and love dipping their home made fries in the BBQbeans.. They are pretty amazing!! Read more
