Got meatball sub hour ago. Not edible...fed to our dog. Service people great the food quality way substandard.
Went in today with a friend to go and order some sandwiches and was hoping that I would see this blonde hair lady that works... there so that she serve us our food but she was out today but she is a very nice hard working lady excellent with me every timeI visit this subway , she's very clean, people person I just think she's a very best subway worker there out of all that workthere and the nice pretty lady that was there today was also very good subway worker made sure that she took and heard what wewanted on my food . lady's keep up the good customer service there names are kerry and Brook !! Subway is Subway right, so why a 5 star review? The staff!!! We stopped in here on the road to Mexicali and the team was great.... Each of them was friendly, professional and helpful. And yes, I know, that's true of most Subways, but this team truly took it astep above. I was so impressed! We were there on 1/4/2021, I hope their boss sees this! And yes, the food was excellent too! Sadly disappointed in this subway. What made me decide to post this was the price gouging on 2 sandwiches. $22. That?s... absolutely ridiculous to pay that much for 2 sandwiches. The tall skinny dude that took my order didn?t listen to a word I saidon what I wanted. It?s sad that a franchise has to hike the price.. there was a line building up and didn?t want to get toooutrageously upset just settled. Read more
Service was nice, storefront did seem a bit dated (no cool drop down trays for the food like the other subways)
I don't know how they have such a high rating. They were out of bread my wife wanted...the bread they did have was burned. ... They had to get the rotisserie chicken out of the back and they didn't chop it up and had about a third sandwich which was breadand mustard. They ran out of chicken teriyaki and instead decided they would spread the 10 pieces of chicken out to cover themiddle of the bread....what a joke. Mismanagement at its finest Read more
