Visit if you have enough time and patience to dine there. We were told to wait for 10 minutes prior to being seated, after that... it was 30+ minutes of just sitting around for someone to take our order. No water was provided. We had to ask the hostess to getus someone to take the order when we sat right next to her. When the waitress finally came around, she took orders for the twotables that were seated after us. We kept waiting and it was when one of those tables that came after us got their food, thewaitress finally decided to come to our table to take the order. And before we even said anything, she said to us rudely thatthe kitchen is slow and we need to wait a long time for food. (But no, the other table got their food in less than 15 minutes.)Our food came at a pretty average restaurant speed. Their special Jack Daniel?s burger with pepper Jack cheese was alright, hotchicken wings were crispy and delicious, the chocolate skyrocket tasted muddy with a brownie consistency blended with plastic,would not recommend. Overall, the service was terribly slow, terribly rude, no first come first serve policy. P.S.: prioritypass holders please remember to scan your pass at the front before seating to have discount deducted, otherwise another longwait when asking for the check. You might be better off going to the lounge or simply spending money at other restaurants. Read more
Used the Priority Pass deal to grab breakfast here before a flight and it was fine given that the pass covered our entire meal,... excluding tip! I definitely would not go without the deal, though, because it is way overpriced for only fine food. There is no priority pass lounge in this terminal, but you can get $28 off a meal at this restaurant, so that's why we came. My... husband and I split: - Filet Tip Steak Sandwich - Jack Daniel's 12 oz Burger - Mac & Cheese Everything was bland andovercooked. Airport food isn't usually very good and restaurants that have priority pass discounts seem to be especiallybad. On the plus side, we didn't have to pay much thanks to priority pass. Read more
We stopped in since this seemed like one of the better restaurants in JFK near our gate. Did not disappoint. Our server was... great and attentive (but not too much). He juggled many tables with finesse. My Wedge Salad was delicious and prepared with thedressing on the side, as requested. The prosecco glass was chilled frosty for serving, too. No complaints. Was hesitant to go here based on reviews but we ended up having incredible customer service. Our waitress Bri S. was extremely... friendly and attentive; the manager at the time was as well. The food was good for an airport meal and having priority passtaking $56 off was a nice benefit. They scan it when you arrive and asked what time our flight was to make sure our food cameout on time.
