Employees sit and do nothing and was rude to us so we were rude back
Like many other yelpers have previously stated, this is probably one of the worst Dunkin Donuts there is out there, especially... in an airport. They are one of the smaller dunkin donuts popup for a terminal in comparison to other stores, but that shouldn'tmatter to the menu selection for drinks and basic food. Not only is their food and drink selection limited, but their customerservice staff are also extremely rude. If it wasn't for the fact that I just wanted a little pick me up and it's right by thegate my flight is located, I wouldn't even go in the first place. I ordered a Matcha blended, and unsure whether that meantactual blend with ice to make a icee consistent or not, I tried to get clarification, not only was I met with rudeness, I alsofelt like they didn't want to be met with a question. Well sorry, you are in the wrong department. When the drink came out, itwas extremely sweet and watery, no icee consistency at all. It was pretty disappointing. Read more
One of the worst dunkin i have come across in new york. Bad customer service and its not just the foot soldiers, the manager has... a bad attitude. I should have checked the rating before I ordered. Ordered a hot chocolate and it tasted like water, the machinehad very little chocolate powder, and thats the reason, i know because i worked as a crew in dunkin on my less glorious years. It was after midnight...the coffee was so bitter I couldn't drink it. Blueberry muffin was great!
The crew doesn?t know what Customer Service is. I?m not planning to buy again at this location.
Terrible nasty customer service and manager should All be fired!! We had bought a coffee , we asked them them for an extra empty... cup and they refused to give unless we pay $1.09 for the empty cup!! and then our 6 month old baby was screaming needed a bottledesprately, we asked them for a little bit of hot water for the baby bottle! They wanted $1.09 for a bit of water!!Unbelievable! We went straight to the diner further down gave us water without a problem! NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING AT THATPLACE!! UNLESS THEY CHANGE MANAGEMENT AND LEARN HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS COMING OFF A PLANE AFTER A TIRING LONG TRIP!! Read more
The worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been too. Nasty customer service and the employees are so terrible. When I asked the employe... if they have smoothies she told me this is not McDonald?s, then I asked for coffee with light cream, she gave me a coffee withtoo much cream. The cream that was in the coffee was so bad, it was not fresh at all. The bagels that they had were not fullycooked. I thought that I was the only one that had bad experiences with this place, but no, there was people after me weregetting mad at the employees. I don?t recommend you to buy anything from them.
