I supported this business since it first opened. Now I will nomore. Came here got on line, the ladies behind the counter were... joyfully serving another Spanish customer, laughing and talking their language. Once I got to the register the lady taking myorder all of a sudden had an attitude. I ordered my food and told her it was to stay, she still put my food on a bag. They charged me for a St Jude?s cup without my consent $5.00 when I asked for a large drink. $3.00. She then said She?ll change... the cup and i told she doesn?t understand, since I never initially ordered the st Jude cup I said large drink, she then said thedifference is the cup if you don?t want that cup I?ll change the cup I told it?s the price and she said do the return. Supershady. I already give my services since I am a healthcare worker, not sure if it?s because she saw me in scrubs that she thoughtI wouldn?t care about the price, but that was beyond rude. I had the 2 piece fried chicken with mash potatoes and horchata. Everything was good andPackages well. I enjoyed the mash and... horchata. However the chicken was a bit too salty for me. I could only eat one piece but couldn't continue due to the amount ofsalt the chicken had. Read more
I like this home feels this place had . I took my toddler for lunch and it was comfortable. Clean , friendly , and service was... awesome . I like home they bring your tray to your table that helped me tons. I had a chicken salad which was a good size . Ilove the bowls! Read more
We tried 12-Piece Family Meal with half grilled chicken & half fried chicken this time. The grilled chicken was so tender, juicy... and flavorful. It?s much better and worth to order than the fried chicken. The family meal came with 3 sides and tortilla ordinner rolls. The corn salad is our favorite, appetizing and healthy. The dinner rolls were too dry and blend, we would chooseall tortilla next time. Pollo Campero is definitely a solid place for fast food with reasonable price and great portion. Read more
Really good friend chicken. I love their yucca and sweet plantains.they also have great drinks like horchata. ????
