Wasn't crowded when we went and there were charging stations on the wall. Many people ordered takeout as we ate there. Staff... were friendly and upbeat. Really, REALLY good burgers. They have a ton of options. Get the onion rings, they are really good. The environment is... lively, Staff is very friendly and GM Kyle was very welcoming and took time to chat with us and get our feedback?.all good ofcourse. Ordered two burgers on Doordash and specifically asked for one of them to be cooked well done, as I?m immunocompromised, and... found that not one but both of them were undercooked. My girlfriend?s was even pinker than mine! You?d expect burgers to comedone without us having to ask but this is ridiculous. Waste of time and money as Doordash won?t even refund us for thispurchase. The place closed by the time we got our order so likely, our burgers were rushed. You guys ought to be ashamed???????? The service was fast because I arrived when they weren't busy. The place is popular and if you arrive when they are busy expect... to wait. I believe the food is worth 15 minutes in line. Sadly this time I wasn't asked how I wanted my burger and it wasprepared well done. I feel this was my fault and I don't blame the staff. Later I had a conversation with another customer andshe said her burger was served well done also without them asking how she wanted it prepared. I'm wondering if well done istheir default cooking temperature. That wasn't my experience during my first visit when I enjoyed their Bovine Burger cooked tomedium. I still recommend you give them a try but definitely tell them your preferred level of doneness. Read more
