This Dunkin can NEVER get an order correct. I have been here multiple times and every time something was wrong. Today I ordered... a cold brew, the new one out for the holidays. Sure enough they are out of the flavored foam, always out of something. Whatever.I also order two of the bacon egg and cheese pancake wraps and hash browns. What do I get? No hash browns, two of the sausageegg and cheese wraps. Not pancake wraps. I am highly allergic to the sausage, it makes me extremely sick. Now I am sitting herewith these wraps and no breakfast. The food was cold. I ordered egg n cheese on the croissant. it was disgusting she croissant was not properly baked i could see... the uncooked dough. Coffee was cold. I am not going to this DD in future. Read more

I used to come here on occasion but stopped as the service was horrendous. When I used to come (more than 1 year ago), it was... always extremely long wait times (add on more time to whatever you think a long wait time is for a Dunkin Donuts and you mightbe close to what it really was). Basically, it was way longer than expected and should ever be. Interestingly enough, theemployees were never really rude or anything. It honestly appeared to be a bunch of nice, decent individuals working there thathad absolutely zero idea on how to run a coffee shop, at all. The employees were always nice and apologetic. It was almostparadoxical. I would have expected a place with such long wait times for the employees to be rude or something, but they neverwere. Today (8/30/22), was a very different experience. I don't know if there was a change in ownership or management.Admittedly, I went to the drive-thru in the middle of day on a Tuesday, so it most likely wasn't a busy time. I ordered a coffeeand a donut and pulled up to the window (no wait time). The guy at the window told me the total. I handed over the cash and hehanded me the donut. I then reached for the coffee and a little bit of it spilled out of the lid. He must have noticed a look onmy face and asked if it spilled. I told him yes and he said, let me change that for you. He tried a different lid and it didn'twork and said it must be the cup, so he changed the cup. Throughout this brief exchange, he was apologetic and pleasant theentire time. In my opinion, your average coffee shop/Dunkin most likely wouldn't have noticed, cared or bothered and moved onwith their day to the next customer. This interaction may seem to be somewhat trivial (and the issue with the cup/lid is reallya small matter) to most and maybe even the employee but I believe that this is the kind of service that makes a place stick outin somebody's mind. Another Dunkin location that instead of brewing iced coffee simply pour hot coffee over ice leading to a watered down disaster.... Wouldn't have known unless I tried here and now that I know I will avoid this location. Read more
Stopped in , on the way ... tried here first time .. not bad . I went through the drive through. Service was a bit slow but not... bad. Had iced latte and peach ???? lemonade drink. Lemonade had 80% ice but tasted good. I wished they put less ice and fill upthe glass a little more with lemonade. Latte was good. Ample parking outside.. Overall an average experience... Read more
Coffee was good, old fashioned donut was stale. Over all the drive thru was fast.
