The food here is great! The quality and presentation of the food is on point! The only thing is I asked to change the white rice... for fried rice and she refused. I do not understand what the big deal is. I even offered to pay extra. Why would I get whiterice and buy fried rice on the side. I just want to understand. other than that the place is great! Always delicious. Always kind. Never had anything missing. No complaints. This is our go to Chinese takeout.

Best chinese take-out in the area. Always tastes fresh never greasey. Vegetables got that crunch still which I enjoy. I've had... the fried rice, boneless spareribs, Vegetable mei fun which is my go to and you can taste each individual components, not likemost Chinese restaurants where everything tastes the same. Not here! Even the spring rolls something so simple, but I can tastethe ginger the carrots to the cabbage. Lived in Jamesburg all my life and been surrounded by plenty of places that open thenclose then open up and close again. Golden Garden has been in the same spot since I was a little troublemaker running thestreets. And I was still always welcome in for a delicious bite to eat. We just ordered from this restaurant and by far, pleasantly impressed by the experience!!! The order came in fast and everything... that was asked for was included. The food was AMAZING!!! Hands down the BEST Chinese food in NJ!!! Everything was so fresh andtasty, you could tell that they prepare their food once ordered because I know cooking and this was amazing food!!!
