Food was typical BK can't complain and was made as ordered, but the service was at best horrible!, the girl at register once... again had no clue on how to use the app offers, why push an app discount on customers if you never train people on how to enterthem in register. Little girl at register started to argue with me that the particular item I ordered wasn't bogo, so thenanother person came had no idea finally to get an assistant Mgr who got it but struggled at first,she did everything correct.The service I have received forces me to go to McDonald's which isn't what I want. The wait line(time) inside was extremely long. The staff were working very hard to fill orders, but there needs to be another... way to fill the delivery orders and take the orders for the dining room separately. Stopped for an Oreo milkshake which by the way was awesome but the service was less than hospitable. I was waited on by the day... time shift manager who was by far the most unpleasant person I've ever encountered at a fast food restaurant. My friend and Iboth said to each other as we were leaving if you hate your job that much then you should find new employment. I'll never forgether because her hair was fire red just like her additude and her customer service skills. Other than the service at the timeeverything else was wonderful. Stood at the counter for over 5 minutes. Workers saw me and never took my order. So I left and went up the street to Arby's.
