I have ordered many times and keep going back! Thin crust is slammin! And the dips are great! Food is good all the way around
Prices have gone up too much as everywhere. I don't personally like the new automated phone system. I paid almost double the... price of a pizza I guess because I didn't know to or how to specify that particular deal. Was frustrated and in a hurry and itcost me. I desperately wanted to give a 5 star rating but I couldn't because this is my 3rd time ordering from this Domino's and being a... bit disappointed. I recently relocated to Jamestown with a 2 year plan. Based on other Domino's I decided to make this one partof my 2 year ordering plan (I like to stick with what works). Unfortunately this particular Domino's doesn't remotely compare toone's in other parts of WNY. I ordered the 5 cheese dip and had to scrap the dip off the tin because it's not dipable unless youdo. There is a Domino's in Olean and one in Buffalo (and PA but this is about NY) where you get twice the amount of cheese forthe same price. I also got Pasta Primavera and it's dry, as if the sauce is only a table spoon at best. I previously orderedthese same two things with the same issue. Their pizza is average but your best option if you have dietary needs. The bonelesswings are good, if you get what you ordered, I got plain and they were too spicy for me. Why this is important? I have adiabetic child. If something I order is 30 carbs she has to take 3 units of insulin before she eats. If the dish is missingadequate sauce ect. That means within 3 hours her blood glucose levels will drop. This can cause death. This is why I stick withwhat works. If every Domino's I order from provides the same quality of food then it's a safe bet. This one particular Domino'sdoesn't meet the standards of the other chains I have been to. If you are a diabetic or have other dietary restrictions do notassume this Domino's will be like others, it isn't. You will need to treat it like a restaurant you've never been to. Especiallyif the person with special dietary needs is a child because as we all know they'll go to bed without realizing the ingredientswere off. Read more

After spending over 15 minutes to place a order for only a small pizza and 8 chicken wings and a small coke that cost me over 29... dollars and was told that it would be delivered in 15 to 20 minutes. What I received was 8 chicken legs and no wings and Iordered them Hot and crispy and received only cold chicken legs and under cooked and not hot as I ordered I also ordered smallpizza with peppers and there was only one pepper on each slice and then I was told that Jamestown people are cheap and don't tipas I gave him a 4 dollar tip and to top it off every thing I ordered was cold Read more
