Absolutely horrible experience in every way. The food selected was chile relleno and after waiting 30 mins we were informed... there were no chile peppers in the house. 2nd choice was chimichanga and the tortilla was not fried, and the dish has no flavor.Then we were charged twice on our credit card for the meal. We use to eat here all the time and loved it. We went today for lunch and the cheese dip was different very thick with no... flavor. The food came out and we ate one bite and decided to leave. Waitress was extremely rude, refused to let us speak to theowner and still made us pay even though we did not eat anything. Did not see any of the old staff so not sure if it is under newmanagement or something. Read more
The bad: Very greasy beef and their exhaust fan is literally dripping grease down the wall and sidewalk. No Frank's red hot.... Flat soda. The good: Great yellow rice. Great salsa and chips. We were driving through from NH to home and stopped for the night. Decided Mexican good sounded good...we got there and loved... the food and the service....had shrimp fajitas. Delicious and plentiful. The staff was so friendly too. We'll stop here againthe next time we stay in Jamestown. Read more
