I went through the drive through today to get two happy meals and the lady ended up swiping my card three times taking my money... off and I didn?t realize until I got home so I went back and I went inside and told her what happened and the lady tried to tellme that I didn?t come through the drive-through, and she can only reimburse me some of the money because the transaction wasunknown but after reviewing everything, she gave me my money back? she was rude and didn?t want to do it she had to ask hermanager first! Was on foot Avenue McDonald?s in Jamestown New York for like 10 minutes never heard anything I called twice they finally... answered I asked them why they were not answering their drive-through and they said because they were busy and they were notgonna answer drive-through until they were caught up and I told him that was unacceptable that I used to manage McDonald?s thenew owners want to open 60 more locations but they can?t even handle what they have because you can go inside and be there like1015 minutes for the even analogy you and that?s the new owners. If they keep running like this they will go bankrupt around NewYork State It?s asking how much I spent I didn?t spend anything because they never answered their drive-through and they had atotal of 3 Cars drive off while I was there Read more
Absolutely the worst service I have ever had at any restaurant, fast food or otherwise. The person that came to help the girl on... the drive thru not only couldn't get our order right, she then got upset, gave me attitude, and walked away when I tried to findout which order was the problem. That person needs an attitude adjustment and fired! Read more
3/16/22 @ 8:30 pm. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. 10 minute wait at the front counter to place an order. Nobody in... the restaurant at the time. After the order was placed I took a second to actually look around and I was mortified. The interiorwas disgusting, messy, sticky, and nobody cared. A manager was on location at the time of my visit and I?m almost certain shesaw me take a few of these pictures. She didn?t say anything, instead she was in a circle of other employees chatting. I highlysuggest patronizing one of the other locations within the city or in Lakewood. Read more
They need to really start training customer service this is the worst McDonald's in our area cold food wait over 30 mins just... for a couple cheeseburgers with horrible service .... its called fast food and even if it takes longer learn to get the orderright after taking longer!!!!
