Food is very tasty and they always take care of my orders timely and courteously.
Person who answered the phone was rude, and obviously irritated with their job. every time I call (different occasions) they... claim they can?t hear me speak even though nobody else (personal, and take out calls elsewhere) complains they can?t hear me.Asked for a hot ham/cheese one time and received a chicken finger sub. Tonight I asked for a hot ham/cheese and he said ?ok youwant a chicken finger sub?? The two don?t sound remotely the same.. so how they got chicken finger out of hot ham and cheese ontwo different occasions, months apart is beyond me. My address can easily be misheard so I said it slowly and he repeated itback to me 3 times incorrectly and got rude when I said it slower and louder.. I?m not sure if it?s a phone issue or what, butthis was strike 3 with me. Will no longer be ordering from Pizza Express. Read more
From hero to zero. I thought I had found my new place for wings. They've been spot on lately however tonite should have been an... omen: the call taker couldn't hear ma and was rude. Lots and lots of background noise. I asked for extra crispy and got barelycooked wings. Almost $16 for 10 wings plus $4 of fuel to get there. Then I have to go home and re-cook and re-season them. The worst service in Jamestown. Fantastic food, don't get me wrong here, and the Grandwiches are amazing. But the Jamestown... location will mess up your order 9/10 times. I have ordered there over 50 times and this holds true. Wrong sides, wrongtoppings, wrong dressings, if they can screw it up, they will. Everytime you call, you are placed on hold for 1-10 minutes, orhung up on, because they do not have a proper phone system to handle thier volume.Just poorly managed all around. Read more
