Reviews for The Perfect Pizza Restaurant in Jamestown, NY

Pizza crust was burnt. Staff was rude. Saw other negative reviews on this place, seems owner cannot handle negative reviews,... only the positive ones. Doubt each negative review on here is fake based on my experience. Edit: See I was right this ownercannot take under any circumstances any criticism of his business. Read all the negative reviews on here! Too each and everysingle one he rebuts, insults or flat out denies. Now honestly think to yourself do you think he would have SO MANY negativereviews on here if NONE of them were true? He has not once in ANY negative review addressed any customer concerns or complaints.I have never had to make an edit to a review before but I felt I had to in this case as he posted "so not true" within what 2hours of me posting my review about the horrid thing served to me (( would have been great if you like burnt crust I guess!)) Was in Jamestown for a day for work and asked a local where to get a good pizza and Perfect Pizza was recommended...solid pizza... all the way around and the price was right. Read more

So normally this is by far my favorite pizza place, but last night was not so much. My husband (there family) went to get pizza... last night and the lady on the phone thought his name was Jon three times he said his name. So he gets there and grabs it bringsit home and it's the wrong he calls them they say come down. They wouldn't let him him keep the other food. He said y you haveto throw it away anyways and I drove back down here qith the gas being high, they said my poor workers will eat it. (That'snasty you don't know if we did anything to it) anyways they wouldn't give us our order unless we gave the other one back. So allin all we were pretty upset. Read more

They are by far the best pizza in the area, one of the best in ALL OF Western NY(trust me I'm all over wny for work). They also... have the best cauliflower crust in the area. Great wings as well! Awesome ownership, management, service, price, portion, anddecorations (especially Halloween!). Crispy chewy crust that I actually eat which is saying something because 90% of places Idon't eat the crust. Sweet yet tangy unique sauce that I always order extra of. Salty creamy high quality cheese. Nicely spicedand good portion of pepperoni so you can taste it. I usually take out, but occasionally enjoy eat in which is a good experience.Nice clean cozy place. This place is a little ?hidden? in a plaza where it can easily be missed, but it certainly deserves more attention! We wanted... to try a pizza place that?s different than our usual go-to spots... And we found this place because of the good reviews theyhave in many places online. Then this place quickly became one of our new go-to spots! They?re very friendly inside and thefood is great. The pizza is above average for sure. I hesitate to call anything ?best,? but their wings actually might be someof the BEST in the Jamestown area. In fact, their wings are so good that we went back a few days later just to get a wholebunch more wings! If you?re on the hunt for a new place to try, I highly recommend giving this place a shot. Pizza is excellent. Wings were very good. Took a little longer to prepare than stated but it was worth it.
