I worked at this store for 2 days and was fired by Paul because My car broke down and I was getting it fixed (very... unprofessional). On 9/4/22 I contacted Paul (store manager) to ask were the paychecks going to be there on Monday and he repliedin a rude response ( it?s in the mail) I replied back to ask which address did he send it to and once again I gave a smartremark back. On Wednesday (9/7/22) my paycheck was stolen and I reported it on Friday (9/9/22 with US Postal service who told meto contact the manager (Paul) at domino?s Jamestown too. I called the store first and the nighttime shift manager was very rudeand was trying to rush me off the phone so I contacted (Paul) right after I hung up to inform him about my missing paycheck andhe?s been giving me smart remarks and trying to say I?m lying. One thing I don?t play about is my money so why would I lie.After avoiding my questions about my paycheck and waiting over a week before he make me another paycheck which he?s charging me35.00 out of my own paycheck(unprofessional) just to get paid. When I could have picked up my paycheck from the store in thefirst place and returned the uniforms ?smh I wouldn?t advise anyone to work for this store. And no I?m not mad about gettingfired because I have two other jobs after I left it?s just the fact I want the money I worked for. Read more

Called to see about plates. Man on the phone said we dont have plates and hung up. So I will start taking my $60-$100 somewhere... else. RUDE!!!!!! Read more
I called with a complaint and absolutely no resolution was even offered. Wow, just lost a great customer and several thousand... by word of mouth. They make a mistake but don?t care. Will NEVER patronize another dominos EVER!!! Read more
They always are very courteous and polite. Food is always perfect and hot. Thanks for never failing us!???? Our favorite ????
Does not care about customer satisfaction or convenience. Got all the way home to realize a simple pizza was missing a topping... and the only solution offered was to drive back there within 20min to get a replacement. Refused to offer a credit for next timeeven though they offered that initially. There won't be a next time, go anywhere else. Read more
The other night they were short on delivery drivers. The manager said he would make it right and give me a discount next order.... Make my order last night and to my surprise discounted the whole order for me!!! I have been ordering from this Domino's fornearly 10 years! Makes me happy they care about their customers! Usually I am ok with their pizza, but I ordered 3 topping. There was hardly any of the 3. On some slices there was no meat. The... pizza was unusually greasy. It will be a very long time before I ordered pizza from Domino's again. Read more
