Sidwell?s catered our party of 25 last night and everyone said the food was delicious. Amazing! Great, Great food. Super fast service and a fair price. We will be back OFTEN. Meatloaf is super, Mac & cheese is... perfect. Everywhere has a downside. Stay away from the mashed potatoes, their instant. And the temp inside is a little hot. Getit to go. Read more
**Edit** called in an order for our company lunch and the food was spot on?Fish was fried perfectly and all of the sides were... amazing. Cornbread was moist and delicious. I placed a fairly large order and everything was correct***. Had to update myreview because things were so much better this time. (The following is my old review)?.Ordered several sides for takeout today. The collards were wayyy too sweet, the cabbage was bland, the Mac and cheese was nothing like I remembered (a little on the dryside) but the potato salad was okay. It?s been a while since I?ve stopped in but something has definitely changed. I?ll chalkit up to Covid navigations but I was overall disappointed. DELICIOUS soul food!! Seems like it?s best for take out or date in the quaint outdoor dining area. Curious to know if the... upstairs is utilized-could be a great juke joint.
