Never returning here again. 5/14/22. Is it common for the lady behind the counter to yell at customers? We placed an order... through the app, arrived at 12:40 and the sandwiches weren?t made because they were out of turkey. The woman behind the counterthen chooses to berate my husband because supposedly his phone number wasn?t in the app to call in order to change our order.The phone number is there. She chose to yell at him, telling him ?most people don?t have problems putting their phone numbersin.? I guess the under new manager sign means this subway is even worse than before. This could have easily been solved by justtelling him that they were out of turkey and moving on. There are great customer service programs available - take sometraining! Read more
It Is May 7 2022 The guy working the front counter was rude. Told me after I placed a online order and they closed a hr before... hand. The manager told me she refund me. Since I didn?t get my refund. I went back up there today. The guy working the frontcounter I only refused to give me corporate or the managers name and number. Ceirra is such a good manager! Way better then the last one and makes sure the store is in line. I see her there all the time... and it?s like she never gets a break! Gave place another try in almost a year. Supposedly redid their menu. Bread is not fully baked, soggy in the 3 mins by the time... I got home. Still put way too much sauce on it when you ask for light sauce. Skip this one and do yourself a favor and make asandwich at home. Read more
Absolutely horrible cookie, hard as a rock, and they didn't even cook my steak bowl don't recommend coming here to this subway.... Just go to McDonald's down the street. Read more
