We ordered online at 5:15 for 6:40-6:50 pick up. We arrived slightly early and didn?t expect the pizza to be ready at 6:35. But... when we got up to say our order we were rudely told how ?you ordered for 6:50 right? It will be ready then??funny enough we comeback at 6:55, still not ready. They say another 10. At 7:10 we come back, they say another 5-10 to which I put my foot down andwas like cmon really, and asked if we can get some chips or something at least for our wait. This one girl then is like ?hmm idon?t know? and after a back and forth we received a single one serving bag of chips for $120 order and being late by 45minutes. We were visiting from Michigan. We ordered three pizzas. They were done when they said they would be and were terrific.
The waitress seemed to forget we were there. Difficult since we were the ONLY ONES there. The food was good. You'd better hope... you don't need to use the rest room. You have to go through an obstacle course of every holiday decor only to arrive in a roomwith half the ceiling missing. Super to listen in on the kitchen conversation. :( Read more
I ordered seven pizzas and three orders of wings online for $160 on a Monday evening. 2 & 1/2 hours later at the specified time... I came for order pickup. I am still sitting here at the store waiting 30 minutes later. This place is habitually late. Goodpizza, poor service! Read more
