Waited for the waitress to take our order over 20 minutes. We ordered an app and two sandwiches. After another very long wait,... one sandwich came out the same time as the app. Second sandwich never came, waitress never came back until we were finished andsaid how did everything come out? Never came for second drink order. Poor service, no remorse. We informed her we were notleaving a tip because the service was so bad and the response was ?ok all good? maybe some customer service training would help.Maybe something like I?m so sorry hope to see you back so we can do better. The service was wonderful, the waitresses were all very kind and helpful. The food was delicious we got the HOBO, french dip,... the burrata, and the grilled cheese and everything was delicious. We would come back here anytime. Read more
We went here in october 21. Wasnt as good at it is now. Ever since the new owner bought this place, the service, food & drinks... are phenomenal. Alittle pricey, but you get ya pay for. My partner got the prime rib grilled cheese sandwich and he talkedabout it the rest of the night. Also, the fries are the best I've ever had. It was amazzzzzing. JPH is under new ownership and they surely know what they?re doing. I went with a party of ten, everyone loved their food. Wings... were a fan favorite. Service was quick and friendly. I wish I remembered our servers name name. Can?t wait to go back for mynext night out! Read more
Under new ownership since May 2022 and we tried it tonight. The place was clean, renovated and the food was DELICIOUS! The... mussel sauce was one of the best we?ve ever had, the Louie salad YUM, and the French Dip is homemade amazing shaved beef that isso tender and awesome. Please go try it. Great atmosphere and service, food is great, attentive staff and friendly. 15 or more televisions, a fireplace, large seating... bar, good to go for family?s or lone rangers ?.
