Waited 40 mins for meal never got it. None of the employees know what is going on and who?s food is who?s. Kiosks worst idea for... businesses like these causes crowding and confusion. None of the employees will take your order. Walked out without food nevercoming back. Read more

Ordered 3 bean burritos completely normal no changes. All 3 of them were literally empty. Every time I come to this taco bell,... which sadly is quite frequently because it is close to me, my order is messed up somehow. They are frequently out of pretty mucheverything. I work in food service and I cannot fathom how you manage to mess up bean burritos to such an awful degree. Theywere EMPTY. Every time I order cheesy gordita crunches, with no spicy ranch, they put the spicy ranch. They leave items out ofthe order frequently as well. I?ve ordered here, gotten to the window, been told they were out of what I wanted, and then theyrefused to give me a refund in favor of me taking free taco coupons. This is the absolute worst Taco Bell I have ever been to,sadly I am a taco bell fiend and don?t want to drive 20 minutes to the next closest one. Please make some changes and train yourpeople better, they clearly do not care at all. Read more

Terrible service and SLOW!!!! They was busy and had a large line at the drive through. This being said I went inside since I had... placed an online order to let them know I was here. I stood at the counter for 8-10 mins before I asked an employee if anyoneinside was going to be acknowledged since at least 5 drive through orders had been taken while I stood at the counter waiting tobe helped. I was informed they would shortly. After another 5 mins finally someone came to check me in. Multiple people insideasked the employees when they would be helped and food delivered. It?s always an awful experience when I come to this Taco Bell. I have seen multiple other facilities be able to handle a crowd during lunch or dinner without the issues these employees seemto have. Me and my 2 kids would eat here about once a week when we would go to Walmart. But since they redid the lobby and added the... things that let you do your own self checkout we will not go there again. I glad I came to this sight to complain becausereading that about the fingernail just really makes me believe I am making the right decision. Read more

They are better now then a few years ago. Yet still they don't seem to understand how to roll the barettos . I had to get a fork... to eat mine. It was ok just the portions were off ease up on baked beans. Other then that the tables were clean workers werefriendly. I hope when I come threw again they will be improved more Read more

Prices have gone up and menu items are smaller. Food was made quickly but was sloppy and not labeled by the wrapper as usual and... we had to unwrap burritos to determine what they were. Drinks were watery as usual. Service was good and the food quality wastypical Taco Bell. Read more

I have a family of 8 and we used to frequent Taco Bell way too much. After they removed many of our favorite items we still... tried to make it a frequent stop. Last time I was there, about 4 months ago, I had my worst experience in a restaurantdrive-thru. My sons went to pick up the food and come back. They handed out the food to everyone and my oldest son was laughingat the only thing my younger son had. It was a "power bowl." He gets it every time with extra steak, something like 7 bucks. Itlooked like 4 little pieces of meat, swirled in 5 cents of lettuce and sour cream wadded up in the corner of a soggy cardboardbox. He insisted it was "okay." I wasn't okay with spending almost 40 bucks and have him go hungry so even though I worked 12hours i went back and waited in the long drive thru again to speak to a manager. When the car in front of me got done screamingat the window, upset, and sped off I knew this wasn't going to go well and it didn't. The manager was unapologetic, cold andrude and said that is the way they are now so I asked for a refund for that product. She rudely gave me the cash and I went tohand her the salad wad back and she refused to take it. I was so upset I did what I would never normally do and tossed it on theground of the drive thru! I went to Walmart and bought him some steak and made him a power bowl. I have not been back since, norvisited another Taco Bell, even though I know it's just that location and that manager.
