I get gas here about once a week. Well kept store. They have a breakfast pizza that is a local favorite.

Called in last week for a receipt, have not gotten a receipt by mail and cannot verify the purchase and have filed a fraud... report. Lady on the phone said if she can find the receipt she would mail it. You would think giving them the date and amountthey could get it in something in the mail. Read more
Tired of gas pumps down about every two months or so very disappointing when it's the only gas station in town needed gas but... that wasn't going to happen again !!! Thank God iam not traveling and pull into town off the 4 lane needing gas. Guess I willjust keep going to eagle express in eagle lake no worries there. Read more
Ordered a taco pizza, they said 20 min. Showed up in 20 min. I had to wait another 15 for the pizza. Are taco pizzas supposed to... be soggy/ raw looking? Iv had them before at a different Casey?s, they weren?t like that. I showed to the assistant manager, whowas also not wearing a hair net when back in the kitchen, she told me it?s supposed to be soggy like that and all Casey?s aredifferent. Uhm no that?s why they train you. If it is raw maybe you should have been trained better on how to use an oven. Theydid not offer to fix it so I asked for a refund and left. Read more
Just pulled in with about a mile left of gas in my car, forgot my wallet back at home. I grabbed what change I could to try to... make it back home to waseca. Casually told the cashier this, and he offered to call someone and see how much money he had lefton his card to give me some gas money too! Fortunately I had enough change to make it back, but this kid definitely deserves araise for that; forgot to ask his name but he had blonde hair and a red face mask. Thank you, random stranger! Their food is one of the worst at any caseys. Unfortunately it's the closest to our home. There's rarely pizza in the warmer to... go. Any food for that matter. We got subs last night, instead of fresh bread, the 12inch subs were literally on 2 separatelittle hoagies out of a bag. Half the sub (turkey and veggies) was out of the hoagie when we opened them (we pre-ordered them).The bread was chewy and waxy. Half the time we go there for subs they are out of meat, lettuce is brown, out of many veggies;Or they say they aren't making subs (no reason). That store seems extremely lazy and most staff at the check outs are inhorrible moods and you can tell they don't want to be at work. I try to go to Eagle Lake most of the time; much better staff,food and atmosphere. Read more
