I ordered a bacon cheese burger only ketchup and nuggets/ fries for my kids. I get home sit down to eat and i don't have a clue... what's on the burger but its sure a lot more then ketchup. Was not given a receipt and when i called they expected me to comerunning right back. Sorry no i worked 12 hours i don't feel like sitting in dt for another 15 minutes. So then she told me ineeded to save the burger till i came back. I mean ok but gross. This is the bun from the Ka-Ching chicken sandwich I ordered. They forgot to give me my whole order, so I had to sit in the... drive thru to get the rest of my order, never again. Couldn't go inside because the doors were locked. Read more

This burger King has got to be one of the worst places I've been to outside of a Chicago burger King that is just as bad... The... service was slow, and unfriendly, aside from not once as I recall put napkins in my bag. I've yet to get my food with no ketchupsince I can remember. I do not put ketchup on my burgers, and they consistently get that simple request wrong... Hard to believebut that's how they operate...I called to speak with a manager and he was very unprofessional in his approach to this on goingissue as if it was no big deal...I called again with the same issue 2 days later and not once did he give me the impression thatI mattered in all this....I had been going there on my lunch break at least 2-3 times a week, but now I stopped because it'sclear to me they don't value the customers business enough to get that issue addressed... This is the worst Burger King anyone could possibly ever go to. I have been to Burger King's in Illinois and in Wisconsin and I... can honestly say that this Burger King is the worst of every Burger King that I have ever been to. I have been to Burger King'sin Iowa and more. I love Burger King. This Burger King however is so bad. Never opens at the time they are supposed to open.Employees are very rude. I have called the managers in the passed and they gave me a phone number in the passed to call theircorporate offices. I have done that, and every year they seem to get worse. I went there this morning and the girl working therewas so rude. I mean it doesn't surprise me anymore. Food was good but they need to check your fountain machines b4 u give out drinks I almost threw up...... it was very disgusting
