Chick-Fil-A is possibly the greatest overall fast food restaurant. For this one, I got the chance to go through the drive-thru... and it was an experience, to say the least. The order taker did not say ?my pleasure? like the store's policy requires and hedid not repeat the order back to me resulting in an incorrect order. I was in a hurry so I chose not to just take the tomatooff. The overall wait time from entering the line to getting my food was around 15 mins so not super bad but they could dobetter. The parking lot seemed really clean and it was relatively busy. I give this establishment a 3 out of 5 since theirorder-taking, hospitality, and time were below expectations. Read more
My son and I decided to try them out while we were in Janesville. We ordered lunch through the drive thru. I was halfway done... with my chicken bites when I looked up, said hey, what is this. My son said..hmm it's a hair. I was like ok. I put the rest inthe bag. Grabbed it the waffle fries and my first one, I said no freaking way. I found a hair. Well, I won't be going back. The food was good as always however this was the worst service I have ever received at a restaurant, especially a chick fil a.... The man taking our order was super slow and then our food came out and it was missing my chicken sandwich as well as the sauceand dressings. I had to go chase someone down and got no apology and then I was trying to get a refill for 10 minutes at thetable and nobody came by. I went up to the register to ask and nobody acknowledged me for 5 minutes so I left. Very disappointedand don?t plan to go back. Read more
First of all we love our Chick-fil-A! We eat at many of their 5 stars drive thru all over the United States and they are always... a pleasure and always good food with good service, with exceptional, wonderful polite employees.. The Janesville one is new. Tokeep it simple, many things were not as they are always are to be and we got the excuse....well we are new and we don't know andlet me check on that, this is all we are doing now and errors on things. This truly is sad and NOT normal. We will always bekind, patient and work well with others to improve and do things up to standards. ? Read more
This place is so overrated. You want a good chicken sandwich and Mac and cheese go to Popeye?s you?ll pay less and get a better... sandwich. They also could also ask if you want sauces on your sandwich because it comes with nothing. Sure they ask you afteryou order the sandwich if you want any sauces but they really should ask while you order the sandwich if you want sauces on yoursandwich. This was a one and done deal for my dad and I we are never going back there. My dad also said the spicy chickensandwich from McDonald?s was better than the one from here. Read more

Employees were definitely helpful. The lobby was not clean at all, one of our sandwiches was brought out without the actually... chicken in it, the chicken tasted fine, but nothing spectacular, and the waffle fries were under cooked. Read more
