So inconsistent with ordering. Doesn't matter what you order. Iced coffee tastes different every single time. Most of the... employees are very rude and don't treat you very kindly. Then when you ask nicely to remake a drink because it's absolutelydisgusting they are so disrespectful to you like you are the problem. Really? It's not rocket science to make iced coffeepeople! Everytime I grab coffee here I always order the same thing a carmel ice coffee with only cream and each time it taste different... but when i go to other locations it always taste the same everytime. I go to the stoughton and monona location and ask for astudent discount and show my ID and it's always given to me but when I come to the location in janseville they say the studentdiscount is only for teachers. This location never has the donuts I request for either and when I pull up to the line it takesforever, I remember I sat in the drive thru line for 20 minute while it did not move at all, eventually I sat there for nothingand had to pull off because i was now running late for work... Spent 20$ here yesterday and they were out of almost everything I ordered. Every single time I come here my coffees are... terrible. I remember when Dunkin? used to be good. Tried to give it a chance because it?s cheaper than Starbucks. But it lookslike I?ll pay the extra 2-3$ because both of the Janesville locations suck. You can order the same thing everyday and it willalways taste different. Gross. Read more

Meh really wanted some hot peppermint coffee decided to try dunkin cause the family wanted donuts but had to repeat my order... several times wt the window didn't get the right donuts all the donuts including munchkins in bag together a small bag btwcoffee was not what I ordered no peppermint no whip topping tasted like black coffee should have just gone to kwik trip lessonlearned just cant wait till they shut this one down bring in something better instead Read more
