For starters the guy at the counter was overbearing with jokes and even came out into the dining room with more jokes. My food... was very salty and the chicken used in it tasted awful. The a different guy working the dining room totally interjected in ourconversation. Also the dining room was a mess with trash area dirty and rugs laying on the seat of a booth. The worst customerexperience I have had at a restaurant in a long time. ???? Just another restaurant trying to make more money by not payingemployees well. Read more
Went here over 3 weeks ago, they put bacon in my husband's pasta that was supposed to be with regular red sauce and mushrooms... and he doesn't eat pork. So I ended up sharing my pasta with him. He called, spoke to a female Manager and she said she wouldsend him coupons. Well we never received anything, she didn't even ask what our order was or what was messed up. We work hardfor our money and don't go out to eat often and when we do it would be nice to have our food accurate. That dinner went in thetrash and was wasted along with our money. Great food! Best thing about the place is they have Italian drive thru! Easy, fairly quick dinner with baked spaghetti and... crispy chicken bacon ranch salad. Easily located off the I90 in Janesville, WI. Awesome food. For the price! Dine in availablewith cozy spaces. Spacious parking. I?d have given 5 stars; Only catch, They could do with more friendlier employees though. We did take out(Covid reasons) and then I wanted to put the empty food containers in trash can. I had to go in since I couldn?tfind any outside. The server at the time didn?t seem to like that. (I understand she being unwelcoming for someone coming inwith trash in hands, but) I said the food was wonderful and she didn?t seem to care. We had a challenge finding this restaurant, having seen the sign on the Interstate for Fazoli's (one of our favs from time past... - but not available in AZ). Great service! Delicious food! And when Gabe brought my credit card that I left in the card reader,I was grateful. It's not easy to find this place, but well worth whatever extra effort you expend to find it (our challengesrelated to major road construction). Read more
My fiancé and I went here for dinner tonight may 9th 2022 at 8.. very disappointed?.Both lasagnas we?re hard and nasty. Bread... sticks were stale and the pizza was sitting out for awhile. Employees were running and jumping and playing around in the lobby.Food still on tables while they were playing around! NO ONE checked on us to see if we were satisfied. We asked for a refund andshe only refunded us one lasagna and two drinks $14 instead $39! That?s ridiculous! I asked why and she says ?I refunded you thestuff you didn?t like? if that was the case the whole order should have been refunded. I will not eat here again at all! Read more
While the quality remains good, I have no idea what happened to the portions??? I always order the over baked sampler, in fact... had it two weeks ago and it was a large rectangular oven pan full of delicious pasta. Now however it's a tiny round dish thatlooks like a kids meal. First of all. I love Fazolis. However, my experience today eating in instead of going through the drive thru, really makes me... wonder if I'll be eating here ever again. The dining room is filthy. The trash cans have spilled food all over the tops ofthem. The counters by the fountain drinks are gross and sticky with straw wrappers all over. It's not like they just had a bigcrowd come in and leave a mess. This looks like it's been gross for days. If the customer dining area is this nasty, I'm realconcerned about what the kitchen looks like. ????. The girl that took our order was very helpful. Other than that, the placeis gross and my breadsticks are stale and have obviously been sitting under a heat lamp for a reaaaallll long time. Which isthe nail in the coffin my favorite part of Fazolis are these breadsticks. Looks like the staff needs some training or newjobs. Read more
The food wasn't bad. But there Italian Ice Machine went out and it took 30 minute's for us to get a refund. But other than that... the bread sticks were the best hot and fresh and Soo delicious. Read more
