When ordering online for pickup, they're very very inconsistent. For some reason they don't understand what cut in half means.... Ask for mayo packets 9 out of 10 times I get none. The only reason I keep coming back is they do have a good sandwich. I likethe bread. I'll just quit tipping. Read more
No issues with the food & the staff was really great. Working hard the whole time I was in store, said thanks for coming in,... etc. But the general store cleanliness needs some work. The floor was very, very sticky and the table/bathroom could afford tobe wiped down. Read more
If you want all your sandwiches to be wrong then have the same delivery guy bring the right ones, have you dig out the wrong... ones from the trash then call you a liar when he SEES THE WRONG ONES WITH NO TURKEY OR AVACADO OR ROAST BEEF then this is yourplace to eat. Read more

Ordered a sub online today at 1pm. I happened to look at the clock around 2:30pm and realized that I had not received my food. I... called the store talked to a guy that answered the phone who then transferred me over to what I would guess to be the manager onduty. Sounded like a young lady. I told her that I had not received my order from 1pm and explained that I have cameras on myhouse and had no record of a delivery from Jimmy Johns. She promptly had the sub remade and delivered to me. When I received thedelivery there was a free cookie in the bag with my sandwich! Never disappointed. Sandwiches are always good. Service is always good as well. And delivery is prompt.
