We typically are pizza snobs. Chain places usually are bland or not fresh. Marcos has that perfect sweet spot of affordable but... good quality. Now it?s not authentic Italian pizza per se but if you want a delicious, fresh, and flavorful pizza without theexpensive pizzeria price, this is the place. We ordered a large catering order last weekend for my daughter's first birthday party. We ordered pizza, cheesy bread, wings,... and salad. All of the food tasted amazing! All of our guests kept talking about it and asking where we got it from. My fiancéwas the one who went to pick it up and said that the staff were very helpful and even helped bring it all out to our vehicle.They included plates, napkins, and individually wrapped silverware which I was not expecting. We have enough plastic silverwarenow to last us for years ???? Overall, it was a great experience and will we definitely be ordering from here again! Read more
We ordered pizza from the Janesville WI store and the new manager answered the phone and took our order. The was very helpful... with setting up a delivery order and went above and beyond to find us some deals and it was very much appreciated. Thank you! Marco's used to be one of my favorite places ordering when I lived close by. I was stuck at work and couldn't leave for lunch to... eat some real food so I ordered here. It's across the street from my job. I wanted to make it quick. Ordering was fine, but tojust be a cross the street it shouldn't take 30 min....the cheese sticks were super fire. But when I opened my small cheesepizza, there was only cheese on the first half of the pizza. I threw it away. They charged me $3 just to go a cross thestreet...... honestly the delivery drivers customer service was horrible. He walked into my job and said "is this foryou!??... The last two times we have tried to order carryout for Simmons we have been told there are two many orders up front of us so it... would not be ready for our lunch hour. Forcing us to go somewhere else. Today we were told that there are a few in front of usagain, but it could be ready at 11:10. Keeping in mind we call at 10:35. No one answers the phone before 10:30 so I am unsurewhere these orders come from. The salad I received today, a chef salad. ordered without onions should have your meat cheeselettuce croutons. croutons being one of the best parts their homemade croutons are amazing meat daily. These were lacking on thesalad lacking I mean as none. really debating if I should give them a fourth try again or not. Read more
