The food is always fast. But the employees are hit and miss. Most are nice, but some need to work on their customer service.

I actually like having a McDonald's close to home. But going through the drive up is a pain at times. Customers are not waited... on equally. There are times when I'm waiting and as many as 3 Customers are waited on in the other lane. When I tried explainingto the man at the first window what was going on he got short with me. Terrible service! Should be slow-food restaurant. Always double-check your order. They omit items. I've brought this to the... attention of corporate and they said independently owned locations are on their own. It didn't do any good to complain locallythough. Haven't had any trouble since the last time I went. Happy to stay away. Read more

You can order ahead through the app or through a delivery service and will still have to wait forever. Order was supposed to be... picked up at 9:46 and didn?t get the order until 10:10. This is by far the worst McDonald?s ever Read more
I visit this store about 3 times a month and on each visit I ask for a shake and they say they don't have shakes. Not the "shake... machine is down " excuse, but they just don't have what every other McDonald's on the planet has. Plus as with every otherMcDonald's I am asked about the mobile app, I say no im not using it, there's a delay because apparently if im not using theapp, I need either a different order taker or I now have to wait for the other person in the drive through to order for somereason. Is there some incentive for the employee to take app orders first? The management needs to have all employees on thesame page. McDonald's sells shakes, period. Please get it together, your employees need to get a better attitude. Read more
