Was very disappointed they were out of everything so I ordered beef and broccoli and orange chicken and ended up with 7 pieces... of broccoli no beef and the broccoli looked like it had been there all day. Multiple times, for over a year now, they are out of the most popular dishes on their menu. Standard items, not specials. The... 1st couple times we thought it was a fluke, now it?s just ridiculous & terrible management. How can you consistently run out ofa popular item and not adjust your stock order accordingly? Worse, they lock the lobby even though they?re open for 2+ morehours so you?re stuck in the drive thru lane after being told they don?t have multiple items. Will not go back. Read more
Great service! The food was hot and the line went quick. They always seem to be very busy but they move through the line quickly... while still being attentive and conversing with each customer. Recommend the sweet fire chicken! So delicious! Read more
Drive-thru employee took first part of order then was rushing us to pull up when we had not completed our order. Asked for sauce... and received none. Their chicken can either be fresh or warm, but still good. Sometimes it's too crunchy or burnt, but only once awhile. The only... problem is everytime I ask for sweet n sour they always forget it. Otherwise, this place isn't too bad. Read more
I live about a hour away. I went out specifically to get panda express go home and eat it. I ordered a plate of beef and... broccoli I go home open it up and find that half of my beef is chicken. I'm super upset you can physically see a difference inthe meats. if I wanted chicken I would have said chicken. Read more
I went twice in a week and they had no ice for drinks. First time I got Tea, it was warm. This time I got pop, again no ice and... it was warm. I asked for ice they said no ice. [They are directly behind a convenience store which sells ice... am I wrong...?] I mean, go get some ice for your customers! Well,, then I asked to substitute a cold bottle of pop in there refrigerator, forthe warm syrup that they served me... They hesitantly gave me a cold bottle, then another worker returned to the window sayingthere is usually an up charge for this... I was like hey, not my fault that you're serving hot soda pop and tea (It's80°outside) and should have ice by now, or at least cool/cold soda coming out of your (what should be a) refrigerated sodamachine!? In closing, that gal literally closed the window as I was talking, hence what prompted my BAD review. I wouldnormally, gladly give a GOOD review if it had called for one... Not here! Placed an order tonight and it was someone else's food with my ticket attached. Received 4 individual meals instead of our... family meal plus an extra side, appetizer and extra sauce. Called the store several times and no one answered the phone.Messaged the driver with no response so I called it and was forwarded to door dash, but they likely can't do anything since theorder was placed on Panda Express's website.
