App estimated 2hr delivery time. Fine it was Halloween not a big surprise that itd be busier than usual. 3hrs later called the... store was told they were just waiting for a driver to get back. I ordered pizza and a 2-liter of Pepsi. It took over an hour for them to deliver it, it tasted awful, and they didn't bring the... Pepsi because they didn't have anymore. I called and asked for another kind because it was too difficult for them to call andlet me know, and an hour and a half later it still didn't come. I called again and the lady said they would send it right over.A half hour later it still didn't come and I called to get a refund and heard the same lady in the background laughing. Ordered 3 pizzas for delivery a couple weeks ago. Pizza was delivered to wrong location, took over 90 minutes to actually get my... food. Manager gave me a pizza credit. New order today and I was told 20-30 minutes. Arrived after 30 and they tell me it?s goingto be 15-20 more. Seriously? Pizza is good but the speed and service is awful. Ordered two medium well done pepperoni pizza to the hotel at the Holiday Inn and the pizza's came quick however they weren't... well done, it was almost on the other side of the spectrum of even being done, cheese was so thick and slid off the crust???????? no way could I even suck that up and eat it...so I called and had them bring another round of pizza's out and goodgrief...I know I'm in the land of cheese but to much cheese can be a bad thing, especially on pizza....so the second round ofpizza's were cooked more, however there was still so much cheese piled on top that you couldn't really cook the cheese on topenough without burning the crust up. So I don't know if Wisconsin has a different portion to ratio when it comes to cheesehere... but it's almost uneatable. Read more
