I wouldnt even give it a 1 star but thats the only way to post anything?..Very disappointed. I have been going here for years. I... was asked to pay a $1.50 for 2 soups that weren't eaten with lunch. We were told otherwise, they would not accommodate. I hadasked out waitress before if I could take them home. The hostess was not her friendly self. I guess I will be taking my businesselsewhere. The owner has become very rude! I used to always get fried tofu added to my cashew chicken then randomly one day shetold the waitress that we cant do that anymore because it costs too much?. Service was great. The ladies really took care of us. Great quantity of food. Didn't like the fact that none of the dishes we... ordered were traditional Chinese food dishes. All seemed to have extra ingredients. For example, menu said wonton soup with nodescription. Soup came with mushrooms, shrimp, water chestnuts, etc. Overall, good place. Read more

The food has only gotten better in their over 30 years of operation. Their food was always above par, and it's even better now... than when I used to go there in the mid-90s. The staff is always exceptional, and the place is always immaculately clean. I'vegot nothing but great things to say about Peking, and I always recommend it. Read more
Ordered at restaurant for take home. Almost $40 for 2 regular dishes & 2 sodas. Got home to a small chewy piece of chicken with... a tiny bone that was found in the Egg Drop Soup, stale/stinky chow mein noodles, chewy diced steak pieces all piledon the top of one container (looked like dog food) no utensils & no napkins & only one stale fortune cookie. VERY DISAPPOINTED.Will never go back. As we waited for our take home inside; the restaurant was dirty & dark. There was was one staff person wedealt with was decent & the food came fast. Read more
Hands down the best authentic Chinese restaurant in the Midwest!! Their shrimp fried rice is so delicious you won't need sauce!... Their beef egg roles taste like a million bucks but only cost $2.50!
