I really liked the family box deal that I ordered, and the ease of use of the website and purchase, including tip, with all of... the prices stated clearly. I liked the 3-point progress of tracking my order, and the swift delivery with friendly driver. Also, me and my family enjoyed the delicious food that was very tasty and satisfying and presented in an easy-to-use box, makingit accessible for family members to select their preferences. I checked the option to leave my order at the door on the app. The delivery driver knocked on my door, which I did not hear over... my ac unit from my bedroom, and when I didn't answer my door decided to just take my food back to the store. Like seriously ifyour not going to leave it at my door why is it an option on the app? Read more

Just got a carryout order of a PPP and breadsticks...they forgot the sauce. Not the end of the world but be sure to check... everything before you drive off. Confirmation email even said it should have sauce. Nope...no sauce from these folks thistime. Read more

I ordered 2 taco pizzas online. After that I called and spoke to Kyle about having the chips on the side and not on the pizza... because this option is not available when ordering online. When I received my order they forgot the chip. So I called them backand spoke to a female telling them I didn't receive my chips, she said ok ill have them right out to you. I didn't receive thechips till 20-25 mins later. By then the pizza was barley warm and just ruined it. Next time I'll think twice about orderingform there considering this is not the first time I've had issues form this place. I've never had a problem at the Milton Avelocation, worth going there instead, even if you have to pick it up. Read more

I opted to pick up my order from the drive thru pick up lane. The forgot my 2 order of fries and 2 orders of wings. They... returned to the window with 1 order of fries, then said "Oh yeah! You did order 2 fries." And returned with my 2 orders of friesbut forgot my wings. Finally received my whole order, got home, and realized they forgot my order of cheese sticks. I called thelocation back but was put on hold for 15 minutes and at that point, I was exhausted from the whole experience and decided tojust take a loss. Horrible experience. Especially since my order totaled almost $65. Read more

Make sure the pizza is completely cooked. We ordered a Detroit style pizza, pasta and cheese sticks. The pizza dough and bread... sticks were still raw, completely uncooked. When I called the store, I was connected to a call center in another country. Eventually transferred to my local store and had to inform them of the poorly cooked food and it took another 45 minutes to getanother order. this is not the first time our pizza has been undercooked from this restaurant. Typically this store provides a quality pizza. Today not so much. The crust? even the edges were a bit underdone. There was... no crisp to this pie. Perhaps the conveyor needs to be recalibrated? Taste was great. Toppings were hot. Crust was not sogood :(. Soggy. Just thought you should know :) Read more
