This Popeyes is a complete dump. Soda machine doesn't work despite being charged for soda and won't issue refunds. Every single... table was dirty and there were no clean ones. We've tried numerous Popeyes in 4 different states and this is by far the best! It is the only Popeyes we go to anymore as every... other location is lacking by comparison. Our weakness is the spicy chicken sandwich (with extra pickles - try it!). ThisPopeyes consistently has the best service, the fluffiest biscuits and hands down the best spicy chicken sandwich, always servedfast and hot. The buns are never stale or squashed, the sandwich has just the right amount of sauce, and the chicken patty iscrispy all the way around with no soggy bits. I very highly recommend this Popeyes. Employee was dipping into the fries. When she came to wait on me, her mouth was full as she approached the register. She was not... at all professional. Store was not clean. My fries were cold. Sandwich had a ton of mayo. I was just passing through town.Excited to see a Popeyes as I normally love the chicken sandwiches. I will not be stopping there next time I pass through. Read more

We love our Popeyes Louisiana kitchen in Oregon so tried Janesville WI location. They could not even understand our order. Then... they double charged our bank. After talking with several Managers that gave me the run around, I finally had to Dispute it withmy bank. It should not be this hard to do business ???? Read more
Cashier did not know the menu, would not honor online deals, and tried to give us the wrong items. All for a 60% markup over the... online listed price and the price on their board. Staff seriously needs better training, we ended up leaving in frustrationafter trying to be charged well over $40 for a $25 family meal.
