I was waiting for an online order to pick-up. While waiting another customer said she waited 35-45 minutes for her drink. She... had to leave for work but she wanted them to make her tea and give it to someone else. The manager smiled & said she was sorryfor the wait & of course she'd make the drink. As soon as the manager seen she was out the she told staff not to make the drink.This highly upset me. I can guess this happens all to often. It's because they make their drinks one at a time even if they have3 of the same drink request on the dry bar area. It took that area at least 10-15 minutes a drink so many orders actually waitbecause the hot drinks are done while these dry drinks aren't. I'd say be more effective and make bigger amounts of the drinksif there are more then one of the same kind. Work smarter not harder. & If a customer asks for their order THEY PAID FOR to goto someone else. Do the right thing and follow through with it. Read more

1) waited nearly 40 minutes in the Drive-Thru line. 2) prices have increased again right before the holidays. A month ago my... grande vanilla latte was $5.26 now it is $5.75 3) forgot to add whipped cream and the line is so long it would take nearly 40minutes to get my drink corrected. 4) took the first drink and had a mouthful of coffee grounds. As much as I like Starbucks Ithink this will be my last experience. Read more

1) I don't order food from here due to an egg allergy and everything is reheated in the same microwave. 2) The usually long... lines were not worth the hype the "pumpkin spice lat`e is given. It literally tastes like pumpkin spice perfume smells, veryartificial and chemical. 3) The price is not worth the luke-warm cup of almost entirely milk that is received. 4) The drivethrough has a tip jar that one is made to feel obligated to contribute to simply by it's placement. The customer service is notat all up to the expectations set by the prices. For $11 manors, and politeness is expected instead curt attitudes andrushed/pushy actions are delivered. I think I will stick to getting up 15 min earlier, and pampering myself with my own goodattitude and fresh HOT coffee flavored with real spices and cream from my own fridge at pennies on the dollar for what theycharge. My last visit to Starbucks was good overall. The beverage was excellent and the employees were friendly. However, I was... disappointed by the lack of clenliness of the lobby. Every table was dirty and I had to clean my own table. The bathroom hadurine on the floor! Really? It wasn't terribly busy. I would understand if they were crazy busy, but they weren't. Starbucks isa respectable business and shouldn't represent in this way. Thank you. Read more

The day we visited staff had problems with computer software inside. Drive-thru was available and we used it for our drinks. ... Very accommodating as we used our reusable cup. Staff was great! Read more

I love the people at this Starbucks. Generally a fan of the whole franchise, but this store in particular is great. They are... super busy all the time and occasionally they are out of things, but they almost always have smiles and a positive word for thecustomers. Please don't run out of Nitro Cold Brew!!
