I came in and ordered and asked for my food fresh it wasn't fresh at all it was made wrong and when I called to get my order... replaced the worker was rude and I'm still not satisfied when I made a comment about my food not being fresh and not madecorrectly the lady told me I was lying and I could have brung my whole order back I just wanted it made correctly . The drive thru wait is extremely ridiculous! At least 20-25 min wait between ordering and getting the food. Staff is not polite... or friendly. Skip the wait and go somewhere with better food! Read more
The staff are always unfriendly and always seem like they would rather be anywhere else but there. The food is the only saving... grace. Wendy's is always yummy. Read more
Do NOT order delivery through the mobile app. Our sandwhiches did not get delivered. When we called the store, we were told the... driver left without them. The store indicated they would get ahold of the driver for re-delivery. Didn't happen. BaconatorDouble meals are 11.09 through the app. X 2 of them. Not happy. Read more
Ordered 2 orders of spicy nuggets and got regular. Lady in drive thru was nice but very upset about the nuggets it's the only... reason I went. Waited in line for 15 mins only to get the wrong order. Read more
Clean and friendly establishment, brought in some coupons to use, staff helped us out in giving selections to order based on... which flavors we were looking for. Definitely will be back and glad to see the dinning room open for counter service and notjust drive thru. Read more
I ordered from inside because the line was bit long outside. No wait inside though, my food was ready in an instant for... carry-out. The baked potatoes were prepared excellently and we'll packed for the trip home, where they thoroughly enjoyed. Theywere fairly priced. I also purchased 3 Frosty key tags for the next year, which is an excellent buy! Read more
