Came in to eat and the hostess was on her phone and paid me no attention until the waiter Rick spoke to me I was then seated in... Rick's section. And let me tell you something, if all of the employees had the motivation to make the store function properly,this place would be popping I mean this man was non stop from the point I walked in, until I left he was cleaning things thatpeople have long forgotten about and still able to keep up with his customers. timer tells you to pick it up in 18-23 minutes picked up in 16-20 minutes. Food was cold Food was lacking. Hardly any fries and... I ordered an entrée and only got a quarter of the entrée. Went to this location for the veteran meal. Not sure if it was just the time I went in or not but I am not complaining about the... speed of service. Friendly staff, hot made to order food and the smoothie machine was operational! I have not had a greensmoothie in a while due to locations not having operational blenders. Considering the area wide staff shortage in the restaurant industry this was an excellent experience today. It was... consistently busy and Nathan was the only waitstaff with one cook. He was still very attentive, patient and gave excellentservice. We wanted an enjoyable memorable sit down full service meal to wrap up a fun chilled weekend spent homebound with my 3grandchildren. Our visit to Jarrell Dennys perfect! Thanks to Nathan, the cook on duty, and Dennys! It was very clean andsafety protocols were being followed. First time I wasn't in the mood for breakfast so I ventured to the 55+ dinner menu. Noregrets there. with CFS. I requested my grilled zucchini to be cooked to soft texture not crispy and it was perfect! Besteating out experience in a long time. I?d give it zero stars if I could. We waited an hour and 23 minutes to receive our food, while parties behind us got their... orders fast and even left before we got our food. As someone who?s worked in the food industry, this was a HUGE mistake eitheron the cook or the servers end. Furthermore, the cooks decided that we wouldn?t notice this bad Lettus in my husbands food? Notto mention, our server seemed lost and confused by our requests (she had forgotten several items that came with our order), andbrought the items once we had already finished our meal. But for as slow and horrible as the service was, they sure were quickto ring us up and give us the bill. Oh! And that lettuce? We let another employee know about it and got a half hearted sorry ashe walked away. Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone and won?t be coming back. Read more
