This place is a joke. You ask for ketchup or bbq sauce and never in bag. There can be no one in line and you still have to pull... around and park to get food. The food is cold never hot. We have been there 3 times. You always give a place chances to bebetter but after three times its a no go. The drive thru doesn't work anymore for last 4 days. Read more

This has got to be one of the worst Wendy's restaurants I've ever been to. The service is HORRIBLE. I've came here 4 times now... and every time, there's been a list of issues. Today there was 3 employees running the entire restaurant. Only 2 had a clue ofwhat was going on. The poor manager was completely overwhelmed and it wasn't even busy. A total of 6 people came through theentire time that I was in there. Just 6! The food was mediocre at best. Fries not full in their containers and almost cold. Thecard reader was acting up again since the last time I was here (3 weeks ago) and the soda machine down. Also very disappointedguests other than just myself. No one answered at the drive thru. I waited at the drive thru window writing this review, until someone happened to look up and... be completely surprised someone was wanting food. 2hrs after opening so I don't understand! It's like this evertime I try to goto this one. Read more
How many teenagers does it take to put together one order? Four, apparently. Not quick, the kids were on their phones texting... half the time so every step took forever. Not sure why the adults who were working chose not to correct that behavior. At leastthe food was correct. Read more
It's nice to be able to see into the kitchen until you see the person making your burger with a cell phone held against her... shoulder flirting with someone in Spanish. No one seemed quite sure who should take my order or if it had in fact been taken.Emoyees seemed to like each other a lot and had fun while customers were waiting. The condiment station was all but devoid ofeverything including napkins, there were however plenty of straws with what I am going to assume was grease on the paper of mostof them. Then I found out the worst news they were out of chili sauce. Also the nice new Coke freestyle machine was out ofeverything including ice. If you want good food and service try Whataburger. They won't let you down like this Wendy's did. Theburger and fries were severed hot so I give 2 stars for that and only that. Shame on the manager for allowing this. Read more
HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! We walk in the WHOLE STAFF is talking by the drive thru window, on their phones and right by the registers a... group of women just talking. Professionalism is needed... I asked for a sandwich add cheese...she repeats it back. With all thechilling around still get the order wrong. Instead she puts just mayo on it. Got an extra 10 piece nugget they overcooked thattoo. Broke in half like cardboard. They didnt have customers yet they made the food trash. If I could give it no stars I would.Wasted money to not eat. If no one does anything about which they haven't from the review I have all the time in the world tocall corporate seeing that I don't have a meal decent meal to eat. Read more
Everytime we go there they never pay attention to our order always ask us 2 or 3 times what we ordered then cut us off as we are... trying to tell them 1 out of the five times they had strawberry lemonade. And the last time I was there I went inside instead ofusing the drive through the lady told me they ran out of the strawberry lemonade 3 days ago and I said omg you guys are alwaysout that's my favorite thing... And the lady said I will go in the back and get you strawberry lemonade and she came back withit after she just told me they ran out 3 days ago ... I was very happy to to have it but dumbfounded that they are just notmaking it not sure if it's them being lazy or what... So next time they tell me they don't have it I'm going to assume they arejust being lazy. On a positive note the inside was fairly clean. Read more
