I don?t know why this location is so obsessed with speed, it?s not even that busy usually, but they still try and push you past... the window, trying to give your order to you and your change at the same time or other awkward things to try and get you throughfaster? I?d rather just get what I ordered and get a decent cup of coffee Haste makes waste, I?ve thrown out coffee andbreakfast sandwiches far too many times, slow down and pay more attention to quality, or at least put the rite stuff in thecoffee maybe, if it doesn?t take to much time lol Read more

We ordered 2 coffees and 2 tea biscuits. Out of tea biscuits. Asked for a carrot muffin and roast beef and cheddar sandwich. No... carrot muffin. Only choice was 2 different kinds of muffins. Coffees tasted the worst. Not impressed with the Jarvis Hortons. Myquestion is why is coffees from any Hortons a hit and miss as far as quality... Read more
Unfortunately I can't give you a good comment. Upon arrival we went to use your washroom. Now I know you have no control over... what ignorant people do in there, but when ask for tissue paper for the bathroom and one of the staff inform us that the truckdid not bring any?? We're is the manager at this point. Run down the road to No Frills and buy some. Some ignorant person peedall over the toilet seat. Please clean and check your washroom regularly. I used to work here and took pride in my work. If it looked like something I wouldn?t eat than I wouldn?t serve it. However,... management only cares about drive thru times and ?beating? the other Tim Hortons times. They never use the proper portioningscoops so one day you?ll get a bagel with almost no cream cheese (like the one I had yesterday and ended up throwing 3/4 away)or a disgustingly large amount. Breakfast sandwiches are usually falling apart. Don?t bother ordering a hash brown, they?ll justforget it. Every time I go here somethings wrong. But it?s the only nearby coffee shop. Read more
I went to this location today, it was terrible. I ended walking out. The lady taking my order was extremely grumpy. She was... rolling her eyes at us. Like we were an inconvenience to her. Literally EVERY single time we get food from here they mess it up. Asked for two farmers wrap, one with sausage and chipotle... sauce, one with bacon and no sauce. The sausage got no sauce and the bacon got sauce on it. The bacon wrap will not be gettingeaten. Why can?t they just take a minute to make sure the order is right before making it. Read more
