I don't understand how companies stand by while irresponsible people run their business down by allowing crew members to... threaten other crew members with death and harassment and not resolving the issue but rewarding the responsible party(minor) byallowing them to stay on the clock and earn a paycheck... Jacob Riely was very courteous, and made sure we had everything we needed.
My mother placed a to-go order for a chicken salad with a drink. My father picked the order up for her, and when he got home,... mom noticed he was not given the drink AND the salad had no chicken on it. Dad went in the next day to bring this to themanager?s attention. Manager said there was nothing he could do about it and no refund would be issued since it was the nextday. On top of this, the employees the first day (when no manager was present) were NOT WEARING MASKS during the Covid-19pandemic. We stopped here for lunch while on an out-of-town job. The restaurant was very clean with plenty of seating and a good sized... parking lot, which was full. The line went quickly as these folks have mastered the craft of turning out phenomenal subs. Idefinately recommend THIS Subway. Read more
I got unsweerwned tea which was good but I only got 2/3 of a glass. I told one of the workers behind the counter and she told... me just a minute. I went back for a refill and the container was still empty. Food was okay. Read more

I give it a 2 because if you order online and a line forms in the store you will be told the it will be an additional 10 to 15... minutes on top of the 15 minutes from when you ordered online because they only have 2 people there and they can only do what wecan do. All I can say is time management. As online orders come in they should be worked in the line as a person standing there.Not we're going to make you wait longer than the estimated time because you ordered on line and these people just came in andare standing here.
