Terrible Service. The order was wrong. Went back in to get the right order and was met with hostility. Got home to discover the... order was still wrong. They left off two sandwiches and an order of fries. They gave my daughter a Mc chicken with mayo andlettuce. We ordered a crispy southern chicken sandwich. It's ok. Good service, but I get sausage mcmuffins and lately the muffins have been hard as a rock on the edges. I'd rather have... cold muffins as opposed to hard microwave 'd ones. Overall though,It's a good place and I don't complain much. I loathe peoplewho complain all the time. I'm talking about the one on old hwy 78. The one on the interstate is good too. I was reminded tonight why I haven't eaten at this McDonald's in months. I was in a hurry so I did a mobile order. I "checked... in" on the app about 5 minutes before I came in because the drive through was packed. I came in, and a off the clock employeewas trying to use his McDonald's points to get free food. It took close to 10 minutes for them to finally give up and just givehim the food because they could not figure it out. The older woman working the register had no idea how to handle a mobileorder. The people that complain on the reviews are the people that think this place should be the fastest food and run by robots !
