Wait staff is excellent. Even with it being a busy Saturday morning, every time a customer came in they were greeted with a... ?good morning!? The waitress I had (I wish I remembered her name) was very courteous. She refilled my coffee when she noticed Iwas running low the few times before I was finally done, which is so hard to find these days. Even with a busy breakfast rush.She made sure I was taken care of. I was wearing a jacket with my name embroidered on it and when I checked out she said ?waseverything good mr. Young?? And honestly I thought that was very cool that she knew that much into the ways of customer service.I used to work at Publix before and we all know they?re known for excellent service. She?s definitely taken their playbook lol.All in all, food was great as usual, wait staff was very very professional, and it was just enjoyable. I?m only writing thisreview for this place because I?ve been to many waffle houses all over the south and this one really blew me away. Now while Idon?t remember the waitresses name who took care of me, I would say every staff member here should get a raise. They go aboveand beyond. Read more
Absolutely a joy to see a server still take pride in her craft HOT COFFEE, HOT ORDER EVERY PART SPOT ON THE FIRST TIME!... Best little place located next too loves truck stop night crew is so sweet my server was even so kind as help me figure out what... I wanted she had blue hair don't remember her name but one thing that's the biggest part of my whole experience is how well theyall handle customers they had some drunk and rowdy customers and they powered thru it with no issues their team is amazing and Ithink all of them should get raises the sweetest of all is the blue haired chick she was so helpful all thru out my wholeexperience at this location Read more
I've eaten here often as I'm a trucker and this is usually where I stop on my way back from Colorado.. I've always gotten great... service and well cooked food.. no matter what I ordered.. the staff is always friendly but I can't give it more than 4 starssimply because everytime I sit at the counter I can't help but notice how there's always food and trash on the floor behind thecounter and no one seems to care.. it's just not something a customer wants to see.. other than that it's a great place.. I think I finally found it. The friendliest, cleanest, and fastest service at any waffle house I ever have had the pleasure of... enjoying. I would highly recommend this over the truck stop or any of the other fast food restaurants along this exit. Read more
