I'm trying really hard to be helpful in my comments but I wish an adult would be on staff at all times at this location. I... watched employees run around spraying each other with water tonight. I understand they are young and bored so no big deal. But,the girl with the poor attitude, sporting two silly looking lower lip piercings, really should not be wearing her fuzzy houseslippers at work. And she is so unaware they she doesn't understand that not saying thank you when I leave a tip or just thankyou after a purchase makes me not want to tip or be a patron. But, the coffee cup sitting on the table outside doesn't bother meat all. It's only been there about two hours or longer. The store is clean though. I really need to just come here, read, andleave. This place has such potential; too bad it is wasted. I hoped the new manager would set some better standards but she canonly do so much. Read more

I was there with my friend. They closed the lobby an hour and a half early without warning as the sky darkened and bright... flashes of ground lightning began. My mother was literally 5 minutes away as we were forced outside into the storm. We soughtshelter on their patio and they threatened to call the police if we did not exit their property. Ordered a mango pineapple refresher, loud and clear. They served me a strawberry and something one instead. I didn't want to... cause trouble, so I didn't say anything. It also took way longer than I expected to make it. Didn't even start until they gave 4other people who ordered after me their food.
