Made sure to get there by 8 p.m. so the grill was still on and going. The grill was off because the kid was cleaning it a hour... before closing. Had to go elsewhere to get dinner for the third time. I'm really surprised by all the poopy reviews here. I stopped in on Saturday 10/1/22 at about 8:50pm with them closing at... 9:00pm. I apologized to the lady at the order counter for being "one of those peeps" coming in right at closing time. Shecouldn't have been nicer saying no problem, what can we get for you with a genuine tone & smile. I ordered their OriginalItalian with all the toppings, heavy on The Juice & Seasonings. Today, we decided to give Jersey Mikes a try. Service is terrible and slow. I was the only customer ordering at the moment.... Soon, about 4-5 more customers came in. I placed my order about 5 minutes before anyone else. After waiting and waiting, Inoticed that people who ordered long after I did were getting their order and heading out the door. I asked about my order andthey had my order sitting there next to the cash register. They never called may name. Turns our they are calling out numbers?#$%^ When I placed my order they asked my name and I saw them write my name on the ticket. Seems that somewhere along the way,they decided to call out some kind of magical numbers and not your name. The Subs were good but cold by the time I got them. Theteam here does not seem to have the process down. If you want a good sub, go to Firehouse Subs. Jersey Mikes in okay, serviceand attitudes are not good. If you are trying to manage your high blood pressure, stay away from this particular Jersey Mikes. Read more
CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS! Me and my husband always get the same thing everytime we go. I happened to look at my receipt and noticed... we were charged 3x for a drink and chips. So looked back at the last 4 times we visited and realized it happened those timestoo. I brought my receipt to the manager and the lady that rang us up to show her what had happened. She said she had noticedthat happening alot lately. The manager really did not care or apologize. I did get my money back for that visit I wasovercharged. So always check your receipt. Read more
Stopped by tonight (12/10) at about 5pm. The store was really slow but both employees were working their butts off cleaning....
