This has to be the slowest McDonalds I have ever been to. Also, the people who use this McDonalds I have no idea how to use a... double drive thru. They will pass most of the line to jump into the outside lane. This is not a one time problem. It happens allthe time. McDonalds needs to put cones up on the yellow line so people can?t cut in line. I came because that?s what my niece and nephew wanted. They also needed to use the bathroom. There was a man inside, but the... doors were closed. The three of us checked the other doors and they just stood there and continued to help that man. Another guywalked up and left. Then an employee came to the door and said the lobby is closed despite the white man being in the lobby.Horrible experience. Canceled my order and left. If the lobby is closed, then it should be closed for everyone not certainpeople. Read more
10:00 AM on a Saturday morning, waited 25 minutes in line and it didn't move. I don't know if everybody quit and just didn't... feel like turning everything off or what. When I have had food from them they consistently screw up our orders (probably about85% of the time). Read more

I'm a big frappe drinker, they did a great job. Some franchises don't blend it well and there are chunks of ice and it's not... smooth to drink but they did a great job. Very impressive. Read more
This location suffers from lack of management. The managers currently there for the most part do not meet the requirements for... customer service or team management. It is a mystery how some of the employees still have jobs after treating their customersand allowing the staff to act the way they do. Running a multi million dollar business in a great demographic area straight intothe ground. Read more
Terrible customer service and racist! I will continue to expose this McDonald?s until I get the apology we deserve. Came here... with my family, the inside was closed so they motioned us to go around. Meanwhile, letting another man inside with nohesitation. We asked the heavyset woman at the register why this happened.She said ?He had a mobile order and didn?t want him towait outside. Does this make sense?? We said no because they didn?t even greet us or see if we had a mobile order. She said ?Iwouldn?t expect YALL to understand.? We understood exactly what happened and we weren?t rude when asking. I understand that shehas little to no education on diversity training or in general. And that her rudeness was a reflection of her own incompetence.I hope after my complaint McDonald?s corporate provides this McDonald?s with the proper diversity training or letting her goentirely. Beware if you?re a person of color going here, you WILL NOT receive fair service. I am disgusted at spending 56$ herebut I had to feed my family and this was all that was open. This place has turned into absolute trash. I'll still get a very friendly amazing employee but overall they are all so grumpy... hateful and slow the experiences terrible and the only reason I go is if my little one absolutely has to have a Happy meal otherthan that I will not go here. Even with no cars and drive-thru you'll sit in your car waiting to order for 5 minutes let alonegetting to the window to get your food. There's a large sign out front saying the dining room is now open however the employeesare inside and their pajamas with the door locked Several times I've done the curbside pickup however you will sit therewaiting for your food for over 30 minutes because the pajama employees are more worried about drive-thru so they never comeoutside , usually when I get my food from curbside it's cold which means it's been ready they just didn't want to come outside.???????
