To start, I love papa John's, it's always been my go to for pizza. Unfortunately the last time I ordered, I had horrible food... poisoning. The pizza tasted great going down, but coming back up.. not so much. I know it was cooked thoroughly as you can'treally mess that up with a pizza, but I think maybe one of counters wasn't cleaned off properly. I ordered a pizza bowl with 3 toppings. First time I've ordered one .It was good, but I must say, it was as thin as paper.... Seriously Papa Johns could do better. It was 9 dollars and change, but not enough there to fill up a small child. Will not beordering another one, just stick with pizza. Read more

For Papa John?s Pizza this place is spot on. Orders are correct and toppings spread evenly. I picked up my pizzas and said I?ll... be right back for the drink and when I got to my car I noticed a young man behind me with my soda. We ordered 4 pizzas 2 cheese 1 pep 1 veggie. It came really fast was happy about that. But the veggie pizza didn?t have all the... ingredients and had pepperoni on it. My wife and I are vegan, but no big deal I?ll call maybe they gave me the wrong one. stuffhappens, I called told the manager what happened he said okay. then there was a long pause, and then he hung up. It wasn?t aproblem until you just hung up on me. I?ve been in the pizza industry been a manager and every other job in the building neverwas it acceptable to hang up on a customer. Read more
So called the Jasper location the lady on the other end sounded from another country the order was not correct she hung up I... tried to call back never got answered. Get there and have to pay 46 dollars for an incorrect order and the guy says sorry stuffhappens. That's so wrong to tell someone I've ordered from there several years now but my business will go elsewhere now. Read more
