Great service, very quick,efficient with a smile!
Never thought I?d give Starbucks a bad review. I have never seen sorrier employees. 2 girls working with no crowd. Couldn?t... make a frap ?no ice. Hello they are 5 steps from ice in the store. Couldn?t scan my wife?s phone for rewards. Made her drinktwice instead of hers and mine. No lids! And when I finally got mine she set it down and walked away and I said that?s supposedto have whip and she said we don?t have whip! What they did have was plenty of time to talk to relatives passing by and eachother! We hit Starbucks all over the country but never this one again. This whole experience was absurd and a black eye on anotherwise amazing company! I wish I could give 0 stars. Read more

Drinks are in no way, shape, or form made to recipe. I?m also a Starbucks barista, so I?m familiar with the recipes. I ordered... an iced coffee with light ice and pumpkin cold foam on top and got less than half a cup of iced coffee with liquid pumpkin sweetcream dumped into the cup because the barista used way too much sweet cream in the foam blender. The only Starbucks I ever want to go to! In my opinion, it?s way better than the stand alone stores, just because of how the... baristas here always talk to you & some even have my drinks nearly memorized. They are so friendly and welcoming, and the drinksare always perfect! I come here almost every single day. Read more
45 minutes to closing at 4pm on Saturday and no coffee because they were closing at 4 ??? Really ?
