Food was standard Wendy's fare, the dine-in service was a bit slow and the dining room could use a deep clean. While the dining... area appears fairly clean, the highchairs are grimy and EXTREMELY sticky. You can tell it's something that didn't happen fromjust one day's use. As someone who has worked in fast food previously, I can understand that some things are just an oversightand I assume that's what happened there as things get really busy. I just hope this is something they correct soon as childrestraints are notorious for growing mold and bacteria when they aren't cleaned regularly and properly. Read more

Drive through was less than courteous. My order was sloppy and fries were soggy. Chicken portions appeared to be smaller and... sauce was way over done. I have been a fan in the past however I feel the quality is not there any more. We have much better inJasper. Read more
Very clean friendly and tasteful food. We meet family at Wendy?s and stayed three hours talking. The staff was very nice about... checking on us and didn?t rush us at all. Very happy with this location. Highly recommend! Read more
So this the second time now that I have gone to the Wendy's in jasper since it changed. First off ,drive through should hold... their tongue till the Customer leaves or at best keep your temper in check. When I say "I thought I ordered a large" it notcause I'm dumb it cause I ordered a large and using no sir just made it worse. Second when I pull up to get my food and you actlike I'm totally bothering you and you hate me, that rubs people the wrong way just FYI Wendy's use to be my go to spot for aquick diner however this new lot of people working the evening drive through has made me think Wendy's doesn't give a darn aboutcustomers, and doesn't want my business. When we pulled up to Wendy's in Jasper you couldn't see the drive thru menu because it wasn't lit. The drive thru employee... didn't seem interested that we wanted to place an order. He misunderstood us 3 times and when we got our food he forgot ourdrinks and out son's food. Read more
I ordered a breakfast baconator with extra egg, no bun due to being keto. I paid extra for my food like I was anticipating. I... left and drove to work. I looked at my order and did not have extra egg. I also only had one strip of bacon that was crumbledup. I went back to the location and waited at the window for three minutes before the three ladies acknowledged me. Two of themwere facing the drive thru window. I told them that I did not get my extra egg that I had paid for. They were kind enough togive me two eggs. When I got back to work and began eating; There was a long black hair in my food. I know it's not mine becauseI have grey almost white hair. I will never go back to this Wendy's location again. Which is a shame because there are very fewplaces in Jasper, Ga. to have breakfast on the go. Read more
Had the new pretzel pub burger it was delish and fries are always hot and fresh unlike the other place down the road.
