Tonight at about 8:05 we came in after trick or treating and ordered a kids grilled cheese meal, a signature sandwich meal and 2... chicken bacon ranch fries. There was a line when we got there which was expected with it being Halloween night. I ordered fordine in and paid by 8:15pm. They were by no means extremely busy but were moderately busy. I was expecting it to take anywherefrom 15 to 25 min tops to get our food. After about 55 minutes we finally got our food and they had bagged it togo as well. Iassume they wanted us to take it home because it was after 9pm by this time. There was so much talking and cutting up, no wonderit took an hour to get our food! This is nonsense and if you are at work you should do more working than cutting up. I myself ama talker and don't talk as much as these people were! On top of that there was barely any cheese on my loaded fries. Other thanthat the food was great. The slowest service I've ever had at any fast food restaurant. Sat in drive through for over 23 min than was asked to go and... park in the parking lot to continue to wait for my food. Sat there for another five min. Was not offered anything in response tomake it right either. Pathetic. Read more

I got a grill chicken sandwich and it was covered with black build up from the dirty grill. We gad 2 meals, didn't get anything... to eat with and no napkins. The drinks tasted like pure syrup. Would have gone back for a refund but wasn't going to make thattrip. Won't go back Read more

Reprehensible business practice allowing people to wait in drive through over 30 minutes only to encourage them not to order... when they get to the speaker because they don't have anything prepared and will be another 30 minute wait if you want anything.Could easily barricade the drive thru line if they truly cared about their customers. I?m in the drive thru at the speaker for over 15mins while there is only 1 car ahead of me at the window. I get it gotta get the... food together for the guy at the window but in 15 mins you couldn?t take a order while you have a line wrapped around thebuilding. Never been to this location before, and after today, I don?t know that I?ll ever be back. 2:30pm on a Saturday afternoon. Not... exactly the craziest time of the day I wouldn?t think. But we sat in the line for probably 10-15 minutes while only moving upmaybe a space or two. I gave up, waited till I was able to pull out of the drive-thru line. Parked and went inside thinking thatwould be quicker. Long story short it was a further 30 minutes before we collected our food, and the truck that had been behindme while I was in the line, was literally just pulling up to the intercom when we were finally driving away. A 30-40 minute waitto get food at a fast food restaurant is wild. I never like posting negative reviews of restaurants because I understand shortstaffing is effecting everyone, but seriously? And of course, the cherry on the cake, the staff member taking orders hadliterally nothing to say when our food finally came out.
